CASCADE DES — disinfecting dishwashing detergent

CASCADE DES is a concentrated disinfecting detergent for washing dishes and equipment by hand. It removes grease, secretions, proteins and other soiling while disinfecting at the same time.

Properties

• broad-spectrum bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal activity — kills Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, viruses and fungi, including HBV, HIV, HCV, Herpes, MRSA and others;
• free from chlorine, aldehydes, protamine and phenols;
• low concentration and short contact time make it economical to use;
• effective in hard and cold water; pleasant scent.

Field of application

Washing and disinfecting all types of dishes and equipment in:

• medical facilities — hospitals, outpatient clinics, GP practices, dental surgeries and other places where medical care is provided;
• schools and pre-school institutions;
• catering and food processing plants (meat, dairy, fish and plant-based products), shops, cafés;
• hotels and other areas with high hygiene requirements.

Directions for use

Wash dishes and equipment in the CASCADE DES solution and rinse after the contact time.

• dishes without biological contamination — 0.5% solution, contact time 5 minutes;
• dishes with biological contamination — 1% solution, contact time 15 minutes.

Composition

Quaternary ammonium compounds, non-ionic surfactants, fragrance, colourant.
