1. What are the delivery times and costs?
Items from our warehouse are dispatched within 1 business day. Customers in Lithuania and Estonia receive their orders within 2-3 business days, and customers in Finland within 2-5 business days. 2. How can I track my order?
Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, a tracking code will be sent to the customer's email. By entering the code on the chosen courier's website, the shipment's progress can be viewed.
3. What are the return and exchange policies?
Within 14 days of receiving the product, it can be returned to Tiktik.lv at the address: Riga, Bauskas iela 22, LV-1004, and we will refund the money within 3 business days of receiving the product back.
4. What payment methods are available?
Credit card, payment via online banking, and the option to choose to receive a proforma invoice and pay via bank transfer are available.
5. Do I need to register to make a purchase?
You can make a purchase without registration. If you choose "remember me" in the order form, your details will be remembered for the next order from this device without needing to re-enter them.

7. What should I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?
Email us at [email protected] with photos of the product, and we will send a new product or refund your money, as well as cover the courier costs to return the damaged product to us.
8. How can I use a discount code?
We do not offer gift cards. If you have a discount code, it can be conveniently entered in the checkout section.
9. Does your store offer international shipping?
Our store offers shipping in the Baltic States and Finland. If you would like delivery to another location, please write to us at [email protected], and we can calculate shipping costs and deliver the product to any location within the European Union.
