STOVE CLEAN — alkaline degreaser with disinfecting action

STOVE CLEAN is an alkaline, deep-cleaning and degreasing concentrate with disinfecting properties for all water-resistant surfaces. Specially designed for cleaning and disinfecting greasy surfaces — it breaks down milk, meat and fish fats and dried-on dirt.

Properties

• broad-spectrum fungicidal, bactericidal and virucidal activity (incl. HBV, HIV and others);
• cleans metal, plastic and concrete surfaces well;
• suitable for washing and disinfecting wooden and plastic crates;
• remains active at high temperatures.

Field of application

Food processing plants (meat, dairy, fish and plant-based products), catering, bakeries and similar.

Directions for use

Prepare the working solution by diluting the concentrate with water manually or with automatic dosing equipment. Wash or spray surfaces and equipment; use a brush or sponge in hard-to-reach places.

• cleaning and disinfection of water-resistant surfaces — 0.5% solution (5 ml per 1 L of water);
• heavily soiled surfaces — 1% solution (10 ml per 1 L of water);
• contact time — 5 minutes;
• dishwashers — up to 25 ml in the detergent compartment.

Surfaces, equipment and dishes in direct contact with food must be rinsed with water after treatment; other surfaces need no rinsing. Unused working solution can be stored for 14 days; solution in use remains stable for 1 day.

Composition

Quaternary ammonium compounds, sodium metasilicate, non-ionic surfactants, complexing agents.
