CHEMISEPT HAND DES — alcoholic hand disinfection gel

CHEMISEPT HAND DES is an alcohol-based hand disinfection gel for settings with high hygiene requirements. It is suitable for both hygienic and surgical hand antisepsis.

Properties

The product has broad bactericidal, including activity against tuberculosis pathogens, virucidal and fungicidal efficacy. It contains skin-softening, moisturising and protective components. It is free from fragrance and colourants. When gloves are used, residual activity lasts up to 3 hours.

Intended use

For hospitals, other healthcare institutions and home use where hand antiseptic is an important means of infection prevention.

Directions for use

Hygienic hand disinfection (EN 1500): apply 3 ml to previously washed and dry hands, then rub until dry. Contact time: 30 seconds.

Surgical hand disinfection (EN 12791): rub the product onto hands and forearms twice, treating for 45 seconds each time; total contact time: 1.5 minutes.
