When purchasing a gift card during the promotion period, you receive two items:
1. A gift card for the selected amount (valid 01.01.2026–31.12.2026).
2. A discount code equal to the selected Bonus amount.

tiktik.lv Gift Card Terms of Use

1. The gift card (hereinafter – the Card) is the property of SIA "Alenda". The cardholder is only the custodian of the Card.
2. The Card is a digital code sent to the email address provided by the purchaser and formatted as a digital gift card.
3. The Card is valid and redeemable only in the online store tiktik.lv, when purchasing goods at www.tiktik.lv.
4. The Card may be purchased using any payment method accepted on www.tiktik.lv, except tiktik.lv or partner-issued gift cards.
5. A digital Card purchased at www.tiktik.lv may be returned within 14 days from the date when SIA "Alenda" has sent the Card to the intended recipient. The amount paid for the Card will be refunded to the same payment method used during purchase. Any unused balance on the Card will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. The Card is single-use. It must be used in one purchase, and the full value indicated on the gift card must be redeemed at once. Any unused amount will not be saved, refunded, or compensated.
7. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Card, the difference can be paid using any payment method accepted at www.tiktik.lv.
8. All purchase and return policies published on www.tiktik.lv apply to goods bought using the Card.
9. When returning goods purchased with the Card, SIA "Alenda" refunds the corresponding amount back to the Card balance. By purchasing and/or using the Card, the user accepts this refund method.
10. The Card is valid from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. After the expiration date, the Card cannot be used, and any unused balance is not compensated.
11. The Card is the responsibility of its holder. SIA "Alenda" is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the Card. The Card will not be replaced in such cases.
12. If the digital Card is not received due to technical reasons (such as an incorrect email address, email service disruptions, or the message being delivered to the spam folder), SIA "Alenda" is not responsible for these circumstances.
13. Cards obtained through illegal or fraudulent means are invalid, cannot be used for purchases, and will not be compensated.
14. The Card may not be used for advertising third-party products or services without prior written consent from SIA "Alenda".
15. Purchasing and/or using the Card confirms the user’s full acceptance of these terms, which are available on www.tiktik.lv.
